The objective of these events is to review and refine the National Capacity Assessment Tool (NCAT) results, engage in strategic discussions for the development of the Regional Specialized Hydrological Flash Flood Forecasting Centre, and assess the status and progress of the extended CREWS Afghanistan Project.
