NiMet organised a one-day stakeholder’s workshop

NiMet organised a one-day stakeholder’s workshop in preparation for the public presentation of 2022 Seasonal Climate Prediction (SCP). It was held on the 6^th January 2022 at the Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau Conference Centre, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. The objective is to present the draft SCP and engage sector stakeholders on the socio-economic implications of the prediction. NiMet also explained the methodology used for producing the SCP while assuring them their feedbacks will be incorporated into the final version of the SCP before its public presentation.
