2nd WMO-IMO Symposium on Extreme Maritime Weather: Bridging the Knowledge Gap Towards Safer Shipping

The Symposium will take place at the IMO Headquarters in London, United Kingdom from 23 to 26 September 2024. It will coincide with World Maritime Day 2024 ‘Navigating the future: safety first!’, has been officially endorsed as an event of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development, and contributes to the UN Early Warnings for All initiative.

Registration is free and will remain open until 18 September 2024.
