WMO at the 31st Conference on Parties (COP31) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change

From 9 to 20 November, Türkiye, Antalya, will host the 31st Conference of Parties (31st) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). WMO will have an active role informing the Parties of the current "State of the Climate" - recorded scientific data and analysis of the Earth's climate - the basis for sound decision-making on climate mitigation, adaptation and resilience measures.

WMO is fully aligned with the call at COP31 for a science-based, evidence-driven and implementation-focused Action Agenda. - WMO Secretary-General Celeste Saulo
