Regional Climate Centre Polar and High Mountain regions (with focus on cryosphere)
Arctic region
The Arctic RCC-Network was endorsed by Decision 46 (EC-69) with the structure on two levels: three sub-regional geographic domains, each of which is coordinated by a node that performs all mandatory functions for the countries in its domain, and each node undertakes a significant cross-node mandatory function for the entire pan-Arctic domain.

Antarctic
The Antarctic RCC-Network (AntRCC-Network) is structured around functionally defined nodes, with proposed lead responsibilities based on voluntary interest and subject to consultation and formal endorsement. These roles remain suggestive and require further discussion at regional and national levels. Each node is expected to be supported by a consortium of committed Members and partners (e.g., Council of Managers of National Antarctic Programs (COMNAP), Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR), Global Cryosphere Watch (GCW), International Ice Charting Working Group (IICWG), World Climate Research Programme (WCRP), relevant bodies of the Antarctic Treaty and other stakeholders) who will pool together their capacities and services to collectively meet RCC requirements. The training function is proposed to be tackled as an integral part of each of the other functions.

Third Pole
The structure for the Third Pole Regional Climate Centre-Network (TPRCC-Network) is composed of three geographically delineated nodes having sub-regional domains of responsibility, each of which performs all mandatory functions for the countries in its domain, and additionally, each node undertakes a significant cross-node mandatory function for the entire Third Pole geographical domain.
