Sponsored by the CMA Earth System Modeling and Prediction Centre of China Meteorological Administration (CMA), the Concluding Workshop on HangzhouRDP & the First Workshop on the WMO RA II Research Activities will be held in Beijing, China, from 15 to 17 July 2024. The tasks are follows:
- Concluding RA II Research and Development Project (HangzhouRDP) and discuss the application in the future.
- Future RA II research activities based on the resolutions of EC-78, and on the preparation for the Research Component in RA II Operating Plan (2024-2027), to be endorsed by the RA II-18 in Saudi Arabia in 9-12 September.
- Face-to-face interaction would be engaged with the representatives of RA II Members to promote the Public Private Academia Engagement (PPAE) in the region.
