Optimizing Engagements

The WMO HydroHub implements activities supporting National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) to catalyze development opportunities and impact for the hydromet community. These activities aim at strengthening and enriching internal and external engagements for hydrological services through knowledge sharing and enhanced communication. 
Knowledge sharing and support for communication tools and platforms
Knowledge sharing activities and support for communication tools and platforms aim at disseminating knowledge and lessons learnt from all WMO HydroHub activities and connecting National Meteorological and Hydrological Services with existing networks.
User-provider Webinars and Workshops
User-provider webinars and workshops bring together National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) and public and private sectors to facilitate targeted interactions among them, including for identifying and developing new markets for collaboration.
Ministerial Roundtables
Ministerial Roundtables are intended to review national cost-benefit analysis of hydrological data investments, and make recommendations to ministries that are responsible for National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) budget allocations.
