The RA III Expert Team on Information Systems and Data Exchange (RA III‑ET‑SIID), under the RA III Committee on Hydrology and Water Resources (RA III-C-HWR), supports Members in strengthening hydrological data management and exchange. The Team advances regional implementation of the WMO Hydrological Observing System (WHOS) through capacity building on WIGOS tools and OSCAR/Surface, registration of hydrological stations, integration of new data sources, and training on WHOS architecture and emerging technologies.
