WMO Global Project Management Workshop

The planned Project Management Global Workshop brings together all project managers and project technical coordinators in WMO. The workshop will contribute to strengthening project management professionalism and excellency in WMO in light of a growing XB project portfolio. It aims to unify project management in WMO by informing project staff about new procedures and templates made mandatory by the project management reform, promote PMP and project reform-aligned practices, processes, and creates space for learning from each other. At the same time, the workshop strengthens collaboration through team building and shared experience, which is essential since project managers working from and in different locations across the globe, while major coordinating and supporting entities are located in HQ in Geneva
