Agathe Bucherie
Agathe Bucherie is a data- and science-oriented project manager working at the interface of Earth, Water and Climate systems and society. She has over eight years of experience in Disaster Risk Reduction, including with the Netherlands Red Cross (510 Global Data Preparedness Team), the International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI) at Columbia University, and CIMA Research Foundation. She holds a Master’s degree in Hydrology and Water Resources from IHE Delft and a Disaster Management certificate from IFRC-TISS. With expertise in large da-taset analysis, Python programming and GIS, she supports evidence-based decision-making projects related to the improvement of early warning systems.
