Hongyu Lin
Mr. Lin Hongyu has long been engaged in smart grid, power marketing, foreign cooperation and exchanges. Participated in the preparation of grid intelligent planning, technical standard system planning and key equipment development planning of State Grid Corporation of China（SGCC）, presided over the signing of cooperation agreements with a number of United Nations agencies, jointly organized a number of Global Energy Interconnection theme activities, and deeply participated in COP24, COP 25 and COP 27.
Mr. Lin Hongyu has successively worked in Tianjin Electric Power Company of SGCC, Department of Science & Technology Innovation of SGCC, Cooperation Bureau of Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization. In 2018, he became Director General of the Cooperation Bureau of Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization.
