Preparation for 2022 NiMet Seasonal Climate Prediction
In preparation for the 2022 Seasonal Climate Prediction (SCP), our flagship event slated for the first quarter of 2022, NiMet organized a two-weeks workshop for the SCP team. The team has a blend of the best brains within the Agency. These include experts in areas of Agrometeorology, Hydrometeorology, Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP), Biometeorology, Climate Services amongst others. The team was tasked to develop and produce a national working document that will impact the lives of Nigeria. This document will cover all socio-economic sectors of the Nation.
