CMA releases the first set of images captured by FY-3E satellite - China Meteorological Administration

On September 2, the images of Fengyun-3E meteorological satellite (hereafter referred to as FY-3E satellite) is released for the first time, which is about the sun from the perspective of the satellite. The released images include solar EUV images, animation images for multiple days, X-ray images, ultraviolet-short wave infrared band refined spectral irradiance images. FY-3E satellite was lifted off on July 5, 2021. It is the first early morning orbit meteorological satellite for civil use in the world.
