Pan-American Dust Training and Workshop: Mineral Dust in the Americas

The Pan-American Center of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Sand and Dust Storm Warning Advisory and Assessment System (SDS-WAS), in collaboration with the Center for Climate and Resilience Research (CR2), University of Chile and the Caribbean Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH), invites applications to participate in the international workshop «Mineral Dust in the Americas». The workshop is aimed at researchers, postgraduate students, and professionals working on natural or anthropogenic mineral dust, including its characterization, monitoring, modeling, impacts, and related applications. The event seeks to foster scientific exchange and strengthen collaboration among the Pan-American dust research community.
