2nd RA VI Webinar on Regional Basic Observing Network (RBON)

Webinar on Regional Basic Observing Network (RBON) for Regional Association VI (Europe) - RBON aims to provide high-quality data essential for understanding and forecasting regional weather, water and climate patterns. It complements the Global Observing Network (GBON) and focuses on regional priorities and closing critical observation gaps.   The webinar aims to improve knowledge of RBON design and implementation process in Regional Association VI (RA VI) and proposed key variables and corresponding observational requirements for floods.
