The WMO Gender Focal Point Network supports the Congress in overseeing, advising and steering implementation of the WMO Gender Equality Policy and Gender Action Plan. It facilitates in mainstreaming gender in governance, strategic planning, and decision-making at the high level through Gender Focal Points across WMO Members, Regions and governing bodies.
