Ghat, the Libyan city, declared a disaster at all levels - NMC Libya

The city of Ghat, which is located about 1,300 kilometers southwest of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, suffered from heavy rains, which hit the city from 3 - 7 / 6 / 2019 causing the worst floods ever due to its geographical location in a low area between Acacus and Tassili Mountains.
