SERCOM-3

The third session of the Commission for Weather, Climate, Hydrological, Marine and Related Environmental Services and Applications (SERCOM-3) will bring together technical experts from all around the world and facilitate their collaboration in developing standards for methods, procedures, techniques and practices, ensuring that their recommendations are provided to the WMO Congress and Executive Council. 

SERCOM-3 will be held in person in Bali, Indonesia, from 4 to 9 March 2024, with the possibility of online participation for registered participants. SERCOM-3 will feature SERCOM Gender Action Day, a one-day conference dedicated to collaborating with WMO Members and partners to advance women’s leadership in disaster and climate risk reduction, share knowledge and facilitate exchanges on promoting Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment and Leadership through the Early Warnings for All initiative. ​
