Danfeng Zhu
Danfeng Zhu is the founder of The Climate Voice Network, which connects people globally through an open database, empower collaboration, visibility, and impact for climate action. She is also COP30 and COP29 youth delegate, a master graduate in Sustainability at the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability. Her master research developed a Climate Change Risk Index in Education Sector. She interned with UNFCCC at Bonn, Germany in 2025, and supported the Least Developed Countries Expert Group and National Adaptation Plans Unit in Adaptation Division. In addition, she has supported the UNESCO ESD-Net 2023 Global Conference and contributed to a biodiversity initiative under the UNDP Global Programme on Nature for Development. Danfeng is also a formal member of YOUNGO, the official youth constituency of the UNFCCC. As a 2024 World Bank Youth Summit delegate and a recognized Sustainability Leader by United People Global, she is actively spearheading local climate action initiatives, empowering communities to address climate change at the grassroots level. Prior to her master's studies, she worked as a marketing expert in international biotechnology companies, where she enhanced her digital communication skills, and now applied them to education for sustainable development and youth empowerment by multiple platforms.
