Staff Regulations and Rules

The Staff Regulations embody the fundamental conditions of service and the basic rights, duties and obligations of the Secretariat staff of WMO. They represent the broad principles of personnel policy for the staffing and administration of the Secretariat. The Staff Rules govern the conditions of service of the Organization and are established and enforced by the Secretary-General in accordance with the Staff Regulations.
