Third meeting of the Regional Association II (Asia) Working Group on Weather, Climate, Hydrological, Marine and Related Environmental Services and Applications (RA II WG-S)

1. Welcome & introductions [5 min]
2. Debrief from the RA II WG/CP Chairs meeting in November 2025 ( Nov 2025-WMO RA II WGCP Chairs' Meeting-Final Report.pdf) & the SERCOM MG meeting in December 2025 [15 min]
3. Discuss and refine the draft ToRs of the ETs (will share a draft document shortly) [20 min]
4. Finalise the WG/ET membership [5 min]
5. Review updates to the OP, consider modifications from our last meeting and any further revisions (incl. recent requests from Cg, indicators, targets/milestones, XB projects, partners, links to SERCOM work programme & WMO OP, (sub)regional organisations/mechanisms) and identify key focus areas for 2026 and the remainder of the intersessional period. 6. Invite updates from ET leaders, if possible, to share progress on their respective workstreams. [10 min]
7. New RA II website and WMO Collaboration Hub [10 min]
8. Planning of meetings throughout 2026 (WG, ETs, SERCOM-4, some other meetings/major conferences) and AOB [10 min]

Please note that WMO has a new RA II Collaboration Hub – an MS SharePoint-based collaborative platform for experts and the Secretariat, hosting meeting/workshop documents, dashboards, etc. (requires log in à approved experts should have received an access email). This is the RA II WG-S folder on the Collaboration Hub – for WG meeting documents, workshop infos, etc. The ETs also have their dedicated folders.
