The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is organizing the 2026 WMO Technical Conference on  Instruments and Methods of Observation (TECO-2026) with the theme:

"Developments in Earth System Measurements and Technologies"

The Conference will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre from 5 to 8 October 2026, in conjunction with the Meteorological Technology World Expo (6 - 8 October 2026), organized by CloserStill Media.

Conference announcement and call for papers

The conference announcement and call for papers were sent via circular letter to all WMO Members and relevant communities in all WMO official languages: Arabic, English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Chinese.
