The conference is organized under the auspices of the WMO Technical Commission for Observation, Infrastructure and Information Systems (INFCOM), Standing Committee on Measurements, Instrumentation and Traceability (SC-MINT).

The International Programme Committee (IPC)

International Programme Committee is established to oversee the preparation and organization of the conference in collaboration with the WMO Secretariat.
