World Meteorological Day 2026 Ceremony

The World Meteorological Day 2026 ceremony will take place on 23 March 2026 at the headquarters of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in Geneva, Switzerland.

The event will bring together representatives of WMO Members, partners, the diplomatic and United Nations community, and invited guests to celebrate World Meteorological Day and highlight the vital role of meteorology, hydrology and climate services in supporting societies worldwide.

The ceremony will feature official remarks, thematic presentations and special recognitions aligned with the 2026 World Meteorological Day theme, Observing Today, Protecting Tomorrow.
