Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) Symposium 2026
Geneva, Switzerland
The Global Atmosphere Watch is hosting its first in-person Symposium since 2017 to bring together relevant experts from the GAW Scientific Advisory Groups, Steering Committees from the Science for Services Initiatives, and Expert Teams, covering diverse aspects of atmospheric composition. Focus groups will meet individually as well as have the opportunity to interact with each other and share experiences from different perspectives. They will support the evolution of the GAW programme as it strives to align with the advancement of WMO priorities and launch the next phase of GAW's implementation planning. The Symposium will be held at WMO Headquarters in Geneva.
