Aishwarya Pillai
Ms Aishwarya Pillai leads the Learning Initiatives and Publications unit at the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure. She anchors key initiatives including the CDRI Fellowship Programme and the development of CDRI’s digital stakeholder engagement, capacity building and learning platform, DRI Connect. At CDRI, Ms Pillai has been actively supporting the creation of Communities of Practice to catalyze knowledge exchange, peer learning and multistakeholder collaboration on topics related to climate and disaster resilience of infrastructure including energy resilience.
Ms Pillai has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing communications, learning and knowledge management solutions across sectors and thematic areas. She has been part of the development sector for 15 years, anchoring communications for international organizations and UN agencies. She began her professional career in the IT sector in the field of technical communication.
