Policy Brief: Water and Climate Mitigation Interdependencies

This brief discusses the dependency of climate change mitigation measures on water availability and recommends specific ways for this to be considered under the Mitigation work programme (Decision 4/CMA.4), at COP28 and in the IPCC 7th cycle work program.
