The Assessment of the Hydrometeorological Value Chain in Costa Rica aimed at establishing a strategy to strengthen the capacities of Costa Rica’s main producers of hydrometeorological products and services at the national level. The assessment led to the creation of a Roadmap for the implementation of actions to integrate a national hydrometeorological observation network, enhance the capacities of hydrological services provision, and strengthen CONAHyME.
